Four Great Blessings of Yoga Practice
Four great blessings of yoga practice:
1) Healing, strength and joy for the physical body, i.e., limbs, spine, vital organs, blood, etc.
2) Healing, strength and joy for the psyche, cultivating powerful attitudes, and releasing trauma
3) Healing, strength and joy permeating the space around you, for all those within it, touching all your relations and all life in oneness
4) Healing, strength and joy for your spiritual journey, giving limbs and backbone and breath to meditation, immersing you in the mountain river of clear light and pure power in movement.
