Joy is Not An Effect for Which There is a Cause

Joy is not an effect for which there is a cause.

Joy is a dimension of your being.

It is like the ocean. It surges ceaselessly.

But you have to remember to visit it. You have to surrender to it.

You have to listen. You have to inhale.

You have to take your shoes off.

You have to get into it.
